"Adrian provided Change Management expertise as part of a joint effort by the C-17 Globemaster III Integrated Sustainment Program team and Boeing Defence UK to support the Royal Air Force’s availability & capability requirements.  A Continuous Improvement program was developed following a Lean+ Assessment. Working with the Subject Matter Experts, best practices were implemented including lessons learnt from Chinook Through-Life Customer Support.  To date, the RAF’s C-17 aircraft availability has improved by more than 15%.  A visual management system was implemented with clear schedule performance indicators and a joint operating rhythm to review schedule adherence on a daily basis.
